5.1 Structure

5.2 Material Structure 1.Test tank: high temperature resistant HC PVC plastic plate of 6mm;
2. Test machine cover: High temperature resistant PVC HC plastic plate 10mm;
A  cover for Herringbone arch shape (Condensed water will return  back to machine from inclined wall to avoid the phenomenon of reflux)
B   Cover and the machine are sealed by water to prevent the leakage of the salt spray;
C  Cover is opened for the pneumatic cylinder automatic switch, operation is convenient;
3 Machine shell: Imported PVC board 8mm, the middle layer with stainless steel frame to strengthen the overall solid and carrying capacity of the test machine, in the middle of foam for insulation;
4 Saturated air tank and function: 3mm thick SUS#304 stainless steel plate, and attached to the water level indicating device for the heating ,humidification and oil filter of compress the air into the machine.

A, Static room temperature experiment:
The cooling time is less than 15 minutes.
